This background developed his practical approach to organisation, problem-solving, team coordination and maintaining consistent standards in challenging working environments.

His forestry experience spans tree planting, woodland maintenance, team leadership and quality control. Working across different stages of woodland establishment has given him a strong understanding of operational delivery, site-specific requirements and the importance of maintaining quality from planting through to successful establishment.

As Operations Supervisor, Dave coordinates planting and maintenance programmes, leads site teams and oversees progress, productivity and workmanship. He liaises directly with clients, supervisors and operatives to plan delivery, communicate project requirements and resolve operational issues. His practical experience, attention to detail and clear approach to team management help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
