Josh has built his career working with trees, woodlands and landscapes, with experience spanning commercial forestry, woodland creation, tree production and public green-space management. A forestry graduate of Bangor University, he has worked across England, Wales and Scotland, including responsibility for managing extensive public park estates.

His varied background has given him a broad understanding of both commercial forestry and publicly managed landscapes, from tree production and woodland establishment through to the planning and delivery of long-term management.

As a Forester with Tomorrow’s Forests, Josh leads woodland creation and management projects across northern England and Scotland. He works closely with landowners from initial site assessment, scheme development and funding applications through to planting, establishment and long-term woodland management. His focus is on developing practical, well-planned projects that respond to individual site conditions and landowner objectives while remaining deliverable on the ground.
